JaNel, Brad, Shayla and McKayla stopped by on their way to Tuscon for Spring Break. It was great to see them. We were able to have a nice visit and have dinner together before they were on their way. We are planning a Utah/Idaho trip at the end of June through mid July. I talked a little to JaNel about reunion dates. Look at your calendars. Would June 24-25 work for everyone? That might be a good weekend to put together a reunion. I have updated our personal family blog that details a little more of what we're up to if you're interested in reading more. Tues., Jan. 11th Sandra, LuWana and I went to see dad for his 75th birthday. Here are a few photo's for you all to see.

Dad had finished this part of the wall with 8x10 photo's of families...if you didn't give Dad a photo, we found one for him...Troy and Sid...Dad just needs to print Sid's from our Bear Lake Reunion.

The rest of the walls will have the grand kids pictures clustered by families like Sandra's here. I think it turned out really nice.

It was great seeing Mom & Dad even if it were only for a few hours. We bought them lunch from Subway and LuWana made Dad his favorite...Apple Pie!

Last Friday, October 15th Mom and Dad met Mom's siblings at Maddox Restaurant in Brigham City for lunch. Uncle Larry was in town.

Last Tues., Mom & Dad [G/G Tolman] went to see their new Great Granddaughter and take Dalen/Shellie out to dinner for their 3rd Anniv. Todd/Lisa joined them. Here are a few pictures Lisa sent me to post on the blog.

These are the tops mom liked "that me" she'd say. It was a fun shopping trip with her. She had fun picking what we got ourselves too.

Okay, the time we have all been waiting for has finally arrived...Ashtyn Fe Tolman was born at 3:21 pm today, Sunday, October 3, 2010 weighing in at 7 lbs 10 oz and 20" long.  Enjoy the photos...notice the dark hair!  Congrats Dalen & Shellie. We love you guys!  Glad all went well.

Just thought I'd pop in and say the church is extremely true! :) I'm loving conference here in Washington DC! This past week I was wonderfully blessed and uplifted... I was able to see SISTER TOLMAN! She brightened me up so much and is a grand missionary. :) (she was even able to use her talents and slip in a much needed haircut, I know you're jealous Aunt JaNel, I know.) but truly truly, I feel Christ's love and am so grateful for the gift of the Holy Ghost and my membership in this wonderful church. :) Have a grand day my amazing family. Mom's Birthday Luncheon

 

Whoever could make it met at Golden Corral to celebrate Mom's 73rd

birthday. Thanks aunt Marilyn & uncle Pug for joining us. It's always so good to see you two. After eating we posed for a quick group picture and then "the sisters" took mom shopping at Kohls while dad went to the temple.  As you can see in the pictures, mom really had a great time.  We were able to buy her a few nice tops to wear with slacks, jeans or skirts.  I think we wore her out though, she finally just wanted to sit and then Sandra found a wheel chair to push her around in...this gave us more time to shop.  Sorry I didn't get any pictures of that. Oh and yes Sandra and I bought the exact same vest.  It was a great day.  We will definitely have to do it again sometime soon.       Happy Birthday Mom!
